Payment Policy
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is dispersed via PayPal or Venmo. Shops submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month will be paid by the 1st of the following month. Shops submitted between the 16th and 31st will be paid by the 15th of the next month.
Occasionally, payments may be processed early. Please contact us only if the payment date has passed, you haven’t received your payment, and you’ve checked your bank account for confirmation.
Consumer Alerts
Beware, there are scammers contacting potential shoppers using our company and employee names. They use fake company email addresses and names with our legitimate or a fake street address. The mystery shopping offer is usually for well known retailers that are not our clients. Their offer usually entails cashing a check or money order, then purchase check cards and provide them with the card numbers and you can keep the rest. What actually happens is that the check bounces, the money on the check cards disappear and you are left on the hook owing the money to your bank.
