How much does it cost?

Each mystery shopping job we perform is a custom program for the specific customer. Pricing will depend on the number of locations to be shopped and the specific research we conduct. Contact us for a free consultation.

What regions do you cover?

We’re based in metropolitan Atlanta, GA but our team is throughout the world. We can conduct mystery shops across the U.S., and North America as well as Europe, Asia and more!

How long will it take to get started?

Most of our programs are up and running in about 30 days. But we have executed jobs in less time. If you have a particular urgency, contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

I’m not happy with my current shopping program. Can you help?

Of course! We get clients like this all the time. Unfortunately, not all of our competitors really listen to what you need. We’ll never try to force you into a pre-structured program. Instead, we’ll work with you to get you what you need. Let us know what’s not working with your current solution and we’ll come up with a program that meets your needs.

How can I trust your shoppers?

What if I cannot complete a mystery shop I requested or I need a date change?

As soon as you realize that you cannot conduct an assigned mystery shop, log into your Shopper Log at https://www.acpviewportal.net/shoppers/LoginShopper.norm.php, click on the “Help/Contact” link found to the right of your mystery shop to cancel or request a date change. We understand emergencies come up that may prevent you from contacting us immediately, but we do ask you to make every effort to contact our scheduling team so that we can get the shop reassigned.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment is dispersed via PayPal or direct deposit (can take up to seven days) depending on which option you selected. Shops that are submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month are paid by the 1st of the following month. Shops submitted between the 16th and the 31st of the month will be paid by the 15th of the following month

Why is payment for an assignment I completed showing “pending”?

When a shop is in pending status, it means that your shop is in queue for payment. After payments have been processed, the status will change to PAID. You will receive an email when the payment has been 

Why can’t I apply for a shop in my area that was announced in an email I received?
  1. Some assignments are “self-assign”, which means one may assign the shop to their account, which in turn removes the shop from the Job Board. 
  2. The mystery shop might have already been assigned to someone else. If this happens, after you submit your app you would receive an email notifying you that the shop was filled.
  3. You might be choosing a date that is no longer available. Please make sure you are choosing dates which are not grayed out on the calendar.
